We have been providing excellent customer service since 2008. With a staff of experienced, professional Licensed Technicians, Auto Trust provides expert vehicle computer diagnostic services as well as complete auto repair ranging from engine and transmission replacement to wheel alignment and brake system service. We provide personalized customer service and use up-to-date tools and equipment to meet the needs of today’s complex vehicle technologies. You’ve met our friendly staff, and experiencde what exceptional automotive service is all about! When you visit Auto Trust, your concerns are understood. That’s just who we are.

At Auto Trust, you can always expect the following:

  1. Reminders – Two weeks before each scheduled visit, we will call to confirm the service is due and set a time that works for you.
  2. Courtesy Inspection – The same courtesy inspection and reporting process described above is completed every time you visit.
  3. Transportation – Let us know if you need a ride. The Auto Trust Customer Shuttle Service is available for your convenience. Or, ask us about arranging a complimentary loaner vehicle for you.
  4. Work Process – Our facility is furnished with modern diagnostic and repair equipment. Only qualified technicians will work on your vehicle. We will never do any repairs without your authorization.
  5. Maintenance & Repair Records – We will set up a file to track all maintenance and repairs performed or recommended.
  6. On Time & Done Right – Every time we repair your vehicle, we test it, we clean it, and we contact you a few days later to ensure your total satisfaction.


As a returning Auto Trust customer, we want you to continue to be confident in us. All parts and labour are guaranteed North America wide for at least 24 months and 40,000 kilometers from the initial service date, not to exceed manufacturers’ warranties, unless otherwise stated on your invoice. 

  1. Engine & Fuel Service – The Engine & Fuel Service covers gasoline engines and fuel systems.
    • Service interval: Within 10,000 miles (16,000 km) of the previous service for gasoline engines and 7,500 miles (12,000 km) of the previous service for diesel engines
  2. Brake Service – The Brake Service covers brake systems.
    • Service interval: Within 30,000 miles (50,000 km) of the previous service
  3. Transmission Service – The Transmission Service covers automatic transmissions.
    • Service interval: Within 30,000 miles (50,000 km) of the previous service
  4. Cooling System Service – The Cooling System Service covers cooling systems.
    • Service interval: Within 30,000 miles (50,000 km) of the previous service

Code of Ethics

We will always explain exactly what repairs are required and why before we proceed with any work on your vehicle. When the job is done we explain ALL charges thoroughly.

The Service Advisor and Technician assigned to your vehicle will answer any questions you may have.

S = Severe or Safety
The repair should be performed immediately.

R = Recommended
The repair should be performed at the earliest convenient date.

A = Advised
The condition should be monitored to avoid future problems.

Labor Charges
Our Technicians’ time is billed at competitive rates. The total labour estimate is calculated by using either actual hours spent on the repair, referring to an industry approved labour time guide, or by a job package menu price.

We use only high-quality parts backed by a North America wide warranty. If requested, we will make your worn out parts available to you.
