I appealed to their common sense, but it had already left the building! Drove to AutoTrust, who had done great work for me last year, and they said, "No problem!" Turned out the battery I bought from that other place was NOT compatible with my car, so AutoTrust sourced a correct one and I was back on the road in just over three hours, lunch time included! Whenever I have called, they have been able to get my vehicles in and repair them in a timely fashion, a few times under the original quote.
