With a staff of experienced, professional Licensed Technicians, Auto Trust provides expert vehicle computer diagnostic services as well as complete auto repair ranging from engine and transmission replacement to wheel alignment and brake system service. We provide personalized customer service and use up-to-date tools and equipment to meet the needs of today’s complex vehicle technologies. For future visits, you can expect the following:
Reminders – Two weeks before each scheduled visit, we will call to confirm the service is due and set a time that works for you.
Courtesy Inspection – The same courtesy inspection and reporting process described above is completed every time you visit.
Transportation – Let us know if you need a ride. The Auto Trust Customer Shuttle Service is available for your convenience. Or, ask us about arranging a complimentary loaner vehicle for you.
Work Process – Our facility is furnished with modern diagnostic and repair equipment. Only qualified technicians will work on your vehicle. We will never do any repairs without your authorization.
Maintenance & Repair Records – We will set up a file to track all maintenance and repairs performed or recommended.
On Time & Done Right – Every time we repair your vehicle, we test it, we clean it, and we contact you a few days later to ensure your total satisfaction.
As a new Auto Trust customer, we want you to be confident in us. All parts and labour are guaranteed North America wide for at least 24 months and 40,000 kilometers from the initial service date, not to exceed manufacturers’ warranties, unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
1. Engine & Fuel Service – The Engine & Fuel Service covers gasoline engines and fuel systems.
2. Brake Service – The Brake Service covers brake systems.
3. Transmission Service – The Transmission Service covers automatic transmissions.
4. Cooling System Service – The Cooling System Service covers cooling systems.
We will always explain exactly what repairs are required and why before we proceed with any work on your vehicle. When the job is done we explain ALL charges thoroughly.
The Service Advisor and Technician assigned to your vehicle will answer any questions you may have.
In order to ensure the safety and performance of your vehicle, we rely on honest communication with our customers. Please advise us of any concerns that you have about your vehicle so that we can provide the best possible service and repairs.
Service Recommendations
S = Severe or Safety
The repair should be performed immediately.
R = Recommended
The repair should be performed at the earliest convenient date.
A = Advised
The condition should be monitored to avoid future problems.
Labor Charges
Our Technicians’ time is billed at competitive rates. The total labour estimate is calculated by using either actual hours spent on the repair, referring to an industry approved labour time guide, or by a job package menu price.
Parts
We use only high-quality parts backed by a North America wide warranty. If requested, we will make your worn out parts available to you.

My car battery died this morning. Bought a new one at "Canada's Auto Store" only to be told they couldn't replace the old one for two days. I appealed to their common sense, but it had already left the building! Drove to AutoTrust, who had done great work for me last year, and they said, "No problem!" Turned out the battery I bought from that other place was NOT compatible with my car, so AutoTrust sourced a correct one and I was back on the road in just over three hours, lunch time included! Great job, folks. You are my go-to auto shop forever more!

Went to get an oil pan heater installed on my van. The staff were very informative, friendly and honest!! Turns out I have a block heater already in the vehicle.. they could have just installed the oil pan heater and charged me for it, but they didn't. They made sure everything worked and sent me on my way... Definitely take your vehicle here!! I will be taking all mine here from now on!! Thank you to the staff again!! Brad and his staff are always very friendly, helpful and efficient in getting my vehicle needs taken care of. Whenever I have called, they have been able to get my vehicles in and repair them in a timely fashion, a few times under the original quote. We were on a road trip to Waterton National Park when from out of nowhere my diesel engine lost most of its power. Fortunately, we had booked two nights at a Campground in Stettler. Since we didn’t know anyone in Stettler, I did a Google search for “diesel mechanics”. After reading the reviews for Auto Trust, I had a plan. So, at 8 AM I arrived at Auto Trust hoping the could solve my problem. They got me on the road again and were amazing! Great care and expertise! Very highly recommend. I was very satisfied with my visit to AutoTrust for my recent Jeep repairs. They saved me money by correctly diagnosing my hvac problem . Another repair shop might have just replaced the old part without looking. The communication with what they were doing was great. The repairs were done in a very timely fashion.
