I had such a great experience with Auto Trust in Stettler. I was booked in for Friday morning and they were able to diagnose and fix my car all in the same day, which was already amazing. What really stood out though was how they went above and beyond, the weather was bad and I had all my kids home, so they actually delivered my vehicle right to my door. That kind of service is rare. Throughout the whole process they talked me through everything clearly and never made me feel pressured. They genuinely tried to find me the best deals on the parts needed and took the time to explain everything so thoroughly. Their kindness and patience made a stressful situation feel easy. It truly has that special small town feel where you feel taken care of and not just like another customer. They make you feel at home and they get the job done right. I’m so grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing honest, reliable service.

Drive up to Stettler from Calgary to check out this place. Fantastic customer service at AutoTrust special shout out to Tatiana for suggesting a zip tie as a temporary fix for the plastic guard on the hood. Brads the man and their values translate right through from booking - service - diagnosis - recommendations - follow up automatic emails & reminders. Highly recommend!

My car battery died this morning. Bought a new one at "Canada's Auto Store" only to be told they couldn't replace the old one for two days. I appealed to their common sense, but it had already left the building! Drove to AutoTrust, who had done great work for me last year, and they said, "No problem!" Turned out the battery I bought from that other place was NOT compatible with my car, so AutoTrust sourced a correct one and I was back on the road in just over three hours, lunch time included! Great job, folks. You are my go-to auto shop forever more!

Went to get an oil pan heater installed on my van. The staff were very informative, friendly and honest!! Turns out I have a block heater already in the vehicle.. they could have just installed the oil pan heater and charged me for it, but they didn't. They made sure everything worked and sent me on my way... Definitely take your vehicle here!! I will be taking all mine here from now on!! Thank you to the staff again!! You definitely made my day that day!!

Had a problem with my car an hour into my road trip home so I called 30km away, explained my issue and they told me to pull right up and they'd look for me. AutoTrust has been the place where my family has always gotten our auto issues fixed. Super friendly and communicative team. I ask a lot of little questions and the receptionist always answers with joy. It’s not just a team but a family and that is shown through their work. They work till they find the issue. Their team is quick, proficient and always listening to your worries and concerns. They provide loaner vehicles which leaves no worries for how you’ll get from A to B whilst having work done. Brad and his staff are always very friendly, helpful and efficient in getting my vehicle needs taken care of. Whenever I have called, they have been able to get my vehicles in and repair them in a timely fashion, a few times under the original quote. I trust them to take care of with my vehicles in the same why I would personally. No new damage (scratches or minor dings) you find when you get it back home, like I have had with other shops.

They were super helpful in fixing a slow tire leak I had. Dropped my vehicle off and was given a ride back to work and then picked up when it was done. I’ve had no issues since and they even refilled my washer fluid! Definitely recommend taking your vehicles here.

We were on a road trip to Waterton National Park when from out of nowhere my diesel engine lost most of its power. Fortunately, we had booked two nights at a Campground in Stettler. Since we didn’t know anyone in Stettler, I did a Google search for “diesel mechanics”. After reading the reviews for Auto Trust, I had a plan. So, at 8 AM I arrived at Auto Trust hoping the could solve my problem. They got me on the road again and were amazing! Great care and expertise! Very highly recommend. PS Sam is really good at his job!
