Brad and his staff are always very friendly, helpful and efficient in getting my vehicle needs taken care of. Whenever I have called, they have been able to get my vehicles in and repair them in a timely fashion, a few times under the original quote. I trust them to take care of with my vehicles in the same why I would personally. No new damage (scratches or minor dings) you find when you get it back home, like I have had with other shops.

We were on a road trip to Waterton National Park when from out of nowhere my diesel engine lost most of its power. Fortunately, we had booked two nights at a Campground in Stettler. Since we didn’t know anyone in Stettler, I did a Google search for “diesel mechanics”. After reading the reviews for Auto Trust, I had a plan. So, at 8 AM I arrived at Auto Trust hoping the could solve my problem. They got me on the road again and were amazing! Great care and expertise! Very highly recommend. I brought my vehicle in for some maintenance. When dropping off the vehicle I was given a ride to where I needed to be while I left my vehicle at the shop. The staff there kept me informed, conveniently by text, before doing any work as they completed the inspection. I really appreciated being filled in and being asked permission prior to proceeding with anything. They gave me expectations to costs and informed by giving explanations as to what needed to be done and why. In addition, there was no pressure to complete any services offered. I didn’t proceed with the work that needed to be done as some of it I could do myself, but do need their services in the future. Even though I did not get the vehicle serviced today, I was pleasantly surprised by the customer care they still provided. When I picked up my vehicle, their staff had completely detailed the inside and outside of my car! I couldn’t believe it, 10/10 customer services! In addition, they let me know that they would carry forward the cost of the inspection to my next visit since no work will be done until my follow up appointment. I will most definitely be returning here for my vehicle service needs!
